州羊城通有限公司，成立于1999年，是由广州市公共交通集团有限公司与广州地铁集团有限公司持股监管的国资系统重点企业，是广州市公共交通电子支付系统的建设和运营单位，也是广东省公共交通支付互联互通系统的基础建设和核心技术支持单位，现成为行业领先的智慧出行科技服务提供商。

Guangzhou Yang Cheng Tong Co., Ltd (YCT) , founded in 1999 and held by Guangzhou Public Transport Group Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Metro, is the builder and operator of Guangzhou public transport electronic payment system, as well as the development and core technical support corporation of Public transport interconnection payment system,Now become the leading smart transport technology service provider in the industry.

2001年12月，羊城通首发羊城通卡3000张；2003年7月，羊城通系统全面正式投入运营。迄今，羊城通应用范围全面覆盖广州市内所有公共交通应用，包括公共汽（电）车、地铁、Brt快速公交、有轨电车、轮渡水巴以及广清城轨等，可通行广东省内21个地市，与香港、澳门、新加坡地区实现了互联互通，并发行了能在国内超300个城市中使用的全国一卡通功能的羊城通卡。截至2022年底，羊城通系统累计发卡（码）量超过1.35亿张，在线实名用户超过5000万人，日均交易量超过1800万笔，是市民重要的交通出行支付工具。

December 2001, YCT  launched 3000 Yangchengtong cards; July, 2003, YCT system was operated all-round. Up to now, the application scope of  YCT covers all public transportation  in Guangzhou, including bus (electric bus), subway, Brt bus, trams, ferry and Guangzhou-Qingyuan City Rail, etc. It can pass through 21 cities in Guangdong Province, realize interconnection with Hong Kong, Macao and Singapore, and has issued a national one-card YCT card that can be used in more than 300 cities in China. By the end of 2022, Yangchengtong system has issued more than 135 million cards (codes), more than 50 million online users and an average daily transaction volume of more than 18 million,it  was an important transportation payment tool for citizens.

产品类型上，羊城通卡片类型函括押金型普通卡、销售型普通卡、全国卡、学生卡、企业卡、文化纪念卡、联名银行金融IC卡、NFC手机空发卡、智能穿戴产品等多种形式，以及羊城通APP、微信小程序、支付宝小程序、云闪付APP、天翼APP等多个羊城通乘车码服务渠道；在应用上，羊城通合作运营商家约1400家，拓展到连锁便利店、超市、连锁快餐店、饼店、自动售货机、加油站、校园、饭堂、大型赛事和展会、机关和企事业单位内部应用、电信业务及公共事务等领域；在客户服务上，羊城通拥有12个直属客户服务中心、1个线上客服中心和5000多个授权代理充值服务网点（终端），服务网络规模在全国位列前茅。

In terms of product types, YCT card types include deposit-type ordinary cards, sales-type ordinary cards, national cards, student cards, corporate cards, cultural commemorative cards, joint bank financial IC cards, NFC cards, smart wearable products and other forms, as well as YCT APP, WeChat applet, Alipay applet, China Unionpay Quick Pass APP, Tianyi APP and other Yangchengtong boarding code service channels; In terms of application, there are about 1,400 cooperative operators in YCT , which have expanded to convenience stores, supermarkets, fast food restaurants, cake shops, vending machines, gas stations, campuses, canteens, large-scale events and exhibitions, internal applications of institutions, enterprises and institutions, telecommunications services and public affairs. In terms of customer service, YCT  has 12 directly affiliated customer service centers, 1 online customer service center and more than 5,000 authorized agent recharge service outlets (terminals), and its service network scale take the lead in China.

2021年，羊城通组建城市通科技服务分公司、关爱通科技服务分公司、大数据分公司、文化旅游发展分公司四大分公司，围绕“做中国智慧‘出行+生活’服务的引领者”愿景，实施创新驱动发展战略，业务技术触及智慧交通、一站式出行、车路协同、物联网、大数据等范畴，在广州市内实现“一城一码”，发布广州本地综合生活服务平台“穗康生活”。获“国家高新技术企业” “省级企业技术中心”“广东省智慧交通支付工程技术研究中心” “院士专家工作站”“市级企业技术中心”等资质。

In 2021,YCT established four branches, namely, ChengShitong technology service branch, Guan Aitong technology service branch, Big Data Branch and Cultural Tourism Development Branch. Focusing on the vision of "being the leader of China's smart' travel+life' service", YCT  implemented the innovation-driven development strategy, and its business technology touched on smart transportation, one-stop travel, vehicle-road coordination, Internet of Things and big data, and realized "one city, one coad" in Guangzhou. It has obtained the qualifications of National High-tech Enterprise, Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Guangdong Intelligent Transportation Payment Engineering Technology Research Center, Academician Expert Workstation and Municipal Enterprise Technology Center.
